At the Hilton Americas Owner Conference, hotel owners from the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America come together to gain valuable insights about Hilton’s hotel brands, innovative services and market dynamics — information critical to drive their business forward. This is a pivotal moment to reinforce Hilton’s commitment to their partners and owners, emphasizing why Hilton is the absolute best choice for investment.

Hilton wanted to showcase the unique performance advantages of their partnership and demonstrate how Hilton can increase the performance of their property and investments, while providing owners with ample opportunity to network and connect with Hilton leadership.
A final element to weave into the experience was the huge milestone that Hilton was celebrating this year – their 100th anniversary. The conference should also be a celebration of their achievements to date and Hilton’s innovation shaping the future.
We designed an experience with the voice of the owner at the center. Inspired by “The Hilton Effect,” a study of Hilton’s 100 years of cultural, global, and economic impact, August Jackson created the cohesive conference theme and brand: “The Hilton Effect Forward – The Next 100 Begins with You” to highlight owners’ role in Hilton’s legacy and their shared future success: owners as the conduit of the Hilton Effect.
August Jackson also managed event communications, website, app, registration, and housing. We produced opening and closing events, including headline entertainment, VIP and ancillary events, the awards reception, owner-panel lunch series, and 24 unique breakout sessions.
A highlight of the conference was The Network Hub: an immersive, environment intentionally designed to mimic the guest journey from booking to check out. Owners walked the perimeter of the room to engage with Hilton’s innovative services and internal partners, met with the 17 different brand teams located in themed lounges, and gathered at the central hub to visit with Hilton’s development team.
At the beginning of our partnership, Hilton designated all of the “moments that mattered” most to them. And it was our pleasure to go above and beyond their hopes for the Americas Owner Conference.
- Pre-event communications were so successful that registration had to be closed early. Hilton also surpassed their revenue goal by 43%.
- Overall, owners had a great experience:
- 77% were very satisfied/satisfied with the networking
- 77% were able to speak with a Hilton representative about what they wanted to discuss while at the conference
- 92% found Breakout Session content to be valuable
