Sarah shares AJ’s story through social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Sarah has eight years of marketing experience. She got her start as an assistant to web services at Ozarks College in Springfield, Missouri. This part-time job taught her more than her entire time in college. Sarah joined the team at a pivotal time and worked with them to relaunch their website, establish a social media strategy and assist in student outreach programs.
Her favorite and most memorable project she worked on was the off-campus housing initiative. Students were facing issues finding a place to live due to the lack of dormitories on campus. The team researched apartment complexes that allowed cosigners, short leases, and had low move-in fees. They then put this information on an easy-to-understand website. Finally, they invited the apartment complexes to an onsite campus housing fair.
Since college, her passion for digital marketing has expanded into other facets of the industry. Email marketing, SEO, and social media content creation are just some of the tools she uses to enhance brand perceptions and sales. Sarah spent several years doing contract work for various clients, including Aloft Hotels, Kia, Toyota, Stella Artois, and many more.
In the spring of 2021, Sarah joined AJ as a full-time Marketing Manager. She communicates additional value to current clients and shares AJ’s passion with the world through thought leadership content.
Sarah is inspired by music and art. She believes inspiration can be drawn from anywhere and applied to make life and content more interesting.
When asked why she loves working at AJ, Sarah said, “I enjoy the unstoppable optimism the team shares.”
