Regina leads AJ’s client engagement team, focusing on relationship development and the facilitation of long-term partnerships. Her team is driven to deliver results that exceed the expectations of our clients and bolster the reputation of our agency.

Regina holds an MBA from Pepperdine and specializes in growth strategy and branding. She has led integrated brand-building programs and experiences for many of the world’s most well-known brands, such as AOL, BAE Systems, Points of Light, McAfee, and DXC Technology.

In looking back on her diverse career, Regina adheres that one of her proudest professional moments was when she had the opportunity to design and produce the Opening of the Washington Capitals’ season when ownership changed to Ted Leonsis. Another proud career moment for Regina was when she designed and produced at Radio City Music Hall,  the world’s largest gathering of service and volunteer leaders.

In her personal time, Regina has a fiery passion for yoga, and she continues to draw inspiration from her practice and from the yoga community at large. “Yoga means to ‘join together,’” explained Regina. “And this is fitting for my role of connecting our brand to clients and our clients’ brand to communities.”

When asked why she loves working at AJ, Regina said, “AJ is right for me as it gets all of the human moments right.”
