As VP, Creative Strategy, Neal works directly with client leadership teams to understand, focus, and carry their vision. On any given project this means asking questions, looking at challenges from multiple angles, developing and implementing customized creative strategies, and advocating from start to finish for clarity and purpose.
In his role at August Jackson he works primarily (though not exclusively) in higher ed, with past clients including University of Houston, Carnegie Mellon University, University of North Carolina, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
Prior to joining AJ, Neal served as Communications Director for a creative agency where he led brand communications projects for a number of corporate and nonprofit clients.
