embodying the mission of August Jackson in my daily communications with potential clients and sharing in the belief that they can build their brand to the next level with our help.

Lydia works to identify brands that are primed to benefit from August Jackson’s services, helps expand August Jackson’s portfolio, and generates new opportunities for agency growth. With an extensive background in the marketing and public relations spaces, Lydia has worked as a business development manager for several growing national agencies, and has worked with both Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging brands in need of brand recognition services.

Lydia has worked to create opportunities for brands, both big and small, and has helped to expand the client rosters of several agencies into new spaces, including the franchise and tech sectors.

Running and exercising has always been Lydia’s passion. She enjoys the challenge it presents and she uses it to embody the mentality to never give up. That attitude is reflected in her work at August Jackson, and it helps her identify unique solutions for clients, even when it may be difficult to find them.

When asked why she loves working at AJ, Lydia said, “AJ and the people embody something most companies strive to become. There is constant collaboration and everyone is extremely hard-working. It’s an empowering place to work and exciting to see how we put purpose into practice every day.”
