As a Creative Associate, Liz is responsible for providing support for the creative team, with a specialty in copywriting, proofing, and editing. Wherever needed, she’s ready and willing to lend a hand, a punctuation mark, or a POV.
Liz got her start at iHeartMedia in their marketing department working on radio campaigns, most prominently ad copy, strategy, and ideation for Viacom. This role exposed her to a variety of marketing avenues, including experiential. She had a hand in Jingle Ball in 2017, and loved the interactive marketing opportunities which made her realize her desire to work in event marketing.
In 2018 she joined ADROC, an experiential agency, as an account executive in which she wore many hats. She worked on a team of less than 10 which pushed her to expand her core skill set to include brand and event strategy, and event logistics.
In 2021 she found her new home at AJ where she can utilize all of her talents and grow in the creative realm.
Liz is inspired by creating experiences that matter to people – as well as sunny days spent wandering around Chicago aimlessly, from South Loop to Lincoln Park.
When asked why she loves working at AJ, Liz said, “The support from the amazing team has been incredible to witness and truly one-of-a-kind. When working collaboratively, campaigns are stronger and more work gets done with a group that is so kind, understanding, and positive. ”
