I put purpose into practice by…
turning ideas into concepts that are real and relatable.
In her role, Jen generates ideas and turns them into campaigns and activations that engage audiences. She leads the creative team and encourages an environment at AJ that fosters collective creativity and inspires the entire agency.
Jen began her career in consumer/cause-related public relations (press communications and event production) in NYC and Prague, which evolved into creative direction for “just about everyone,” from Goldman Sachs to Disney back in NYC. “Agency life (i.e. timesheets every Friday) for 25+ years.”
The moments that keep her inspired: “Hearing something I’ve written delivered by someone else and seeing something I’ve directed on the screen or stage. More importantly, getting the big laugh or inspired tear from an audience that walks away changed by the experience.”
In her life outside of AJ, Jen enjoys foreign travel, live theatre, and “compelling yet partially trashy television… I like being a part of a good story with strong visual memory.”
When asked why she loves working at AJ, Jen said, “It’s on each of us to make what we do something we’re proud of, but it’s much harder to find a team who you are equally proud of being a member. It’s always about the people.”
