As EVP of People and Culture, Jacque actively manages the human experience at August Jackson. She also leads the agency’s Employee Engagement practice.

With over 20 years of experience in both consulting and internal talent roles, she’s worked with organizations from a variety of industries, including technology, marketing, insurance, health care, financial services, manufacturing, construction, and education. The companies she’s called home before AJ include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jack Morton, Omnicom, ACT and Slalom.

Jacque has worked through several talent-related issues and initiatives, mostly surrounding major organizational change and the employee experience. Her greatest career achievements have been related to navigating mergers – being able to look back and see the impact of two cultures coming together is extremely rewarding.

She has a keen interest in understanding the mind and how people “tick.” She studies the psychology of work and spends a lot of her free time reading and listening to podcasts by some of her favorite thinkers, like Adam Grant, Brene Brown, Edgar Schein and Dan Pink.
