As an Account Director at August Jackson, Alexandra places her focus on building strategic relationships. She works to build genuine relationships with new clients who are seeking highly engaged people to fulfill their business goals, then aligns and prepares the AJ team to deliver on that mission.
Alexandra’s expertise lies in building brands from both the outside-in and the inside-out at creative agencies, managing clients like UPS, PepsiCo, FedEx, McAfee, Under Armour and Siemens. With over a decade of sales acceleration expertise for technology and professional services clients (like Mercer, Avnet, DXC Technology and Oracle), Alexandra is now focused on expanding AJ’s client base.
Alexandra has been the recipient of DDB’s Pinnacle Award and led her team to receive the highest in-market, new product launch results in Clorox Home Care history at the time. She also received August Jackson’s New Standard Award for creating a new capability that delivered a long-term, key client account.
While there are many values that motivate Alexandra, she adheres that kindness and curiosity are what truly inspire her ability to quickly connect with new clients. It allows her to understand their strengths and challenges and develop solutions that thrive within their environment.
