A company specializing in global safety, regulatory compliance and risk management came to AJ seeking solutions to bond their hourly workforce and management team with the company culture and better engage them in their work.
The AJ team rose to the challenge, starting by thoroughly tracking all communications, onboarding materials and attendance incentives. The team continued the audit with an input meeting, where top-level management identified leadership’s objectives and needs and conducted 21 separate employee focus groups.
